The Praxis Learning Story

Praxis was born from a simple frustration: when the training ends, the learning often does, too. We created Praxis to break the cycle of one-and-done learning. As learning consultants, LMS experts and enablement specialists with decades of experience between us, we wanted a way to extend the impact of our in-person experiences by keeping teams connected, engaged, and actively practicing what they learned long after the event. Turns out, the struggle is real, and not just for us.

25+ years in learning, leadership, and performance. Former CLO at Litmos, executive instructor at UC Davis, and the person who has been asking why training doesn't stick for longer than it's polite to ask.

Mike is a dynamic, passionate leader with over 25 years experience in learning, optimizing engagement and performance, and unlocking the potential of people and the businesses they run.

He has a proven track record assessing and closing performance gaps, developing employees' skills, competence and confidence, building strong teams, and launching innovative learning programs, products, and services for SMB to enterprise level companies.

With a diverse range of expertise including keynote speaking, leadership and learning consulting, team-building facilitation, instructional design and deep LMS and learning systems knowledge, he has an ability to help anyone or any company set themselves up for outrageous success.
